Indigo is inspired by the unique color of denim. The soft leather is wrapped in a complex process in the perfect shade of blue.

Domestic Orders

 Juicy Secrets uses Australia Post Satchels for all domestic orders:

  • $11.95 standard delivery
  • $15.95 express delivery
  • Signature required upon delivery
International Orders

 We charge the following flat rates for international orders:

  • $AUD12 for standard delivery to New Zealand for orders under 2kg
  • $AUD25 standard delivery for international orders under 2kg to all other available destinations
  • $AUD50 standard delivery for international orders 2-5kg
  • $AUD50 express delivery for international orders under 2kg
  • Customer responsible for any inbound taxes, duties and customs

Common Return Questions

What items can I return?

  1. Goods in the original condition they were received by you,
  2. Goods not worn, washed or altered,
  3. Goods not containing stains or odours,
  4. Goods not damaged by you in any way (including not following washing/care instructions)
  5. Goods with original swing tags and accessories attached, or
  6. Goods with a manufacture fault.

What items am I not able to return?

  1. Goods that do not meet the above conditions 
  2. Goods that you cannot provide proof of purchase for 
  3. Free gifts or promotional items
  4. Goods that we are unable to accept for hygiene reasons (unless faulty), including:
    • Earrings and Jewellery 
    • Underwear and undergarments 
    • Hats and Hair accessories 
    • Cosmetics and fragrances 
    • Swimwear 
    • Hosiery 

How long do I have to submit my return request?

  • within 7 days of delivery if you've changed your mind, chosen an incorrect size, the item is not as ordered or is damaged in transit.
  • within 30 days of delivery for returns due to manufacture fault.
  • Please ensure your return items are then delivered to us within 7 days of approval to return. 

Are there any charges for returns?

No, if: 

  • we accept your claim of one the following: manufacture fault, the item received not being as ordered or the item being damaged in transit.
  • the re-stocking fee below is applicable but you subsequently purchase an exchange item of equal or greater value from our store within 7 days of your refund.  We'll discount $10 from the cost of your exchange purchase.

Yes, a $10 re-stocking fee per returned item if: 

  • you've simply changed your mind or chosen the wrong size and you don't purchase an exchange item of equal or greater value from our store within 7 days.
  • we accept your item for return but we reject your reason for return and you do not collect your returned item/s within 7 days of notification from us.

How do I return?

  1. Enter your order number and email address on the Returns page and click "Start a Return"
  2. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  3. If approved to return, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and you can ship your return.  If your return claim is rejected, you will receive a notification email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  

For approved returns, refunds (less any re-stocking fee applicable) will be applied to the original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.  Please note refunds for Afterpay purchases may take up to an additional 7 days to process. Any shipping charges you paid on your initial order are non-refundable.

 What about return shipping?

  • When you complete the above process you'll receive an email with shipping instructions.
  • Please do NOT return items to us until you complete this process as we won't be able to process your return and it'll be rejected. 
  • We recommend using Registered Post or courier for all return shipping so you can track your return. 
  • You're responsible for all return shipping charges unless we approve the return due to manufacture fault, the item received is not as ordered or your inital order is damaged in transit.
  • You're responsible for the cost of shipping of any returns back to you that we reject.
