Returns Policy - In Store Shopping

At Juicy Secrets, we want you to enjoy your purchasing experience with us.  We understand that sometimes when purchasing garments you may change your mind when you get your item home.  If this occurs, simply follow the steps in our Policy below within 1 business day.  The conditions of our Returns Policy do not impede your guarantees as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).   

When you purchase your items from us, please check them carefully prior to use and notify us immediately if the item/s you've purchased contain a manufacture fault.  

The actual size of garments relative to their stated size will vary according to the manufacturer so we encourage you to try the garments on in-store before you buy to ensure the correct size for you is chosen. 

Please note that we do not refund unless an item meets the definition of a major problem in accordance with and as defined by the Australian Consumer Law. 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind:

      • Earrings and Jewellery 
      • Underwear and undergarments 
      • Hats and Hair accessories 
      • Cosmetics and fragrances 
      • Swimwear 
      • Hosiery 
Returns for Change of Mind / Incorrect Size (in-store):
 
At Juicy Secrets we adopt quality standards to ensure the garments available to you from our store are brand new and of the highest quality.  To prevent "wardrobing" and ensure items available for purchase have not been previously used, please understand that we do not offer exchange or credit note after 1 business day for purchases made in-store if you have purchased the incorrect size or simply change your mind.  At the discretion of the store manager, we may allow returns (for exchange only) within 1 business day of purchase due to incorrect size or change of mind, where the item:
     
      • has not been worn, altered or washed,
      • contains no stains or odours,
      • has not been damaged by you, and
      • it has the manufacturer's swing tags and accessories still attached.
Refunds for change of mind or incorrect size are not available for in-store purchases under any circumstances.
  
"Sale" items are sold in "as-is" condition and no exchange, return or refund is available unless there is a major problem with the item.

    Returns for Faulty Items (in-store):
     
    In the rare event that an item you have purchased is faulty, we will gladly offer an exchange, credit note (or refund if the claim meets the definition of a major problem in accordance with Australian Consumer Law), provided that:
     
        1. you report the fault to us within 30 days of purchase by returning the item to the store or phoning us on (07) 3161 0151.
        2. the items are returned in the state existing at the time of the fault,
        3. you did not misuse the product in any way that caused the problem (eg. not following washing/care instructions)
        4. the items are returned with the original receipt
        5. the items are returned for inspection within 7 days of reporting the fault to us. 
        Claims beyond 30 days will be reasonably considered, but more likely deemed as normal "wear and tear" as your time in possession progresses.

        Upon inspection of the item, our Store Manager will determine the validity of the fault and process your return.  
         
        If you cannot present your original Juicy Secrets tax invoice/receipt Juicy Secrets reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.  
         
        Juicy Secrets reserves the right to refuse returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.  
           
        Credit notes issued in-store are not redeemable online.  Credits notes are valid for three (3) months only from the date of purchase.  Once this period elapses the credit may become null & void.
